Welcome to VENUS PRINTING file transfer protocol page. This page will help you set up a direct link to our servers. Please note that if you are using a Mac based computer, you must use a third party ftp program to setup a connection with us. Try downloading Fetch and follow the directions below.

Obtain a username and a password from your sales associate.
Open MS Internet Explorer (Our ftp isn't compatible with Netscape)
Make sure your browser is set to "passive mode" or "enable folder view for ftp".
This can be found in the advanced settings tab: Tools>Internet Options>Advanced.
When you have your files ready to transfer, go to the address ftp.venusprinting.com and enter your information. |

Download a copy of Fetch and make sure your settings are set to "passive mode" or "enable folder view for ftp".
When you have your files ready to transfer, click on "File > New Connection" and enter:
HOST: ftp.VENUSPRINTING.com.
USER ID: your username
PASSWORD: your password
DIRECTORY: leave blank
Then click OK and click "put file" to select a file to upload. |
